The Practice of Guided Breath Work & Mindful Intention is a daily adventure.  It allows you to recover and receive support immediately from the Air around you.  It is important to explore the depth of your own creative healing potential with these Practices.  You discover how something so automatic and simple can become your greatest ally during excessively stressful days.  I offer to guide people through different breathing exercises to increase their internal healing awareness.  Really feeling and witnessing how Air travels within you gives calming relief as well as several other health benefits.  You take into your lungs the joyous responsibility for your own Inspiration and releasing Exhalation.  Developing these skills with another person leading you can make a positive difference in your health and sense of grounding.
